I hope to be able in this blog to write about the main technical issues I face at work and what was the solution. I hope to bring some bits of knowledge that can be useful to other sysadmins in the trenches, and I will try not to be boring, I promise.
Why this title? Well, servers (and computer in general) often seem to have life of their own and, to make matters worst, they are pretty selfish and inconsiderate. You can yell at them, threaten them, beg them or even punch'em, and they still do not listen... the best we can to is to lead them to do what we want, making them think it was their idea ;)
Now lets move on to the serious stuff...
